The setting was top-notch, located near other Mercure hotels, water sports activities, and a market within walking distance, as well as a convenience store nearby. There were a variety of restaurants to choose from, including Pronto Pizza, which was just a 10-minute walk away. - the room was spacious, brand new, and had a lovely garden view and balcony. We truly enjoyed our time there.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Kuta! The location was perfect, just a quick walk across the road to the beach. The staff at the concierge were helpful and stored my luggage until my room was ready. I appreciated the small balcony in my room with a sea view, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The best part was when I had an issue with the noise from renovations, the front desk staff apologized and found me a stunning suite on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The handling of the situation was professional and I really appreciated the upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool on the fourth floor was sensational. Great place to watch the sunset over Kuta Beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, facilities good. Close to all the action and the shopping.
